Spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent fitness and spa facilities. Clean and well-maintained rooms. Staff were nice and pro. Convenient location in the heart of the city. Good restaurant options. Excellent gym equipment. Nice swimming pool

The hotel offers a great location, close to key business areas and easily accessible for taxis. the spacious rooms were a plus, with clean and well-appointed bathrooms. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making it a comfortable stay.
Breakfast and dinner did not meet expectations for western palates, and the room did not have any windows, making it uninviting during the day. the infrastructure wasn't suitable for business meetings either, with a lack of natural light and poor air quality.

The room was comfortable and offered a good night's rest. The breakfast had a variety of options including local cuisine. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and within a short distance from the business district.
The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, especially in the bathrooms. The staff did not seem very friendly or helpful when I needed something.

The quality of breakfast and dinner is not impressive, especially for Western people.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic and we enjoyed every minute spent indoors. the Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Swimming pool, Steam bath, and Steam room were all extremely clean and well-maintained. With their spacious Treatment room and a Beauty treatment that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, we couldn't have been happier.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of a Night club in the hotel.
